Reserving at Baycrest RV Park
We want to create a wonderful experience for our guests. When choosing a site for you we will do everything in our power to put you in a site you will love. We must look at all your information when making your reservation. The size of your RV, whether you have pets, what site you loved last time, etc, all go into choosing the perfect site. If you request a specific site we do our best to get you in that site or near it, however we cannot promise you will have that specific site. People book a year ahead of time with us so even if you reserve a site a few months’ early, sites may already be taken. It is also important to remember that when you make a reservation with us you are reserving a site, not a specific site. We have to reserve the right to move your site because of unforeseeable issues that do pop up occasionally. With all that said, please remember we will do everything we can to work with you to make sure you have a spectacular time in our beautiful park.

Pets in the Park
Here at Baycrest RV Park we love pets. We wouldn’t want to leave our puppies home so we definitely allow pets in the park. However we must remember that everyone enjoys animals at different levels, so we must remember those who don’t enjoy them when setting our rules. If you bring your pet you must keep your pet quiet, keep them on a leash at all times, and also pick up after your pet. We do have animal waste bags available in the office for you if you don’t have your own.
If you are planning on leaving your dog in your RV all day they must stay quiet. If they can’t stay quiet we will ask you to take your dog with you on your adventures or to a puppy daycare in town. Be aware we won’t always wait for multiple complaints from other guests to give you a call about barking.
Our goal is to create a calm safe environment for all our guests and their furry loved ones.

Extra Cars, Boats, and Trailers
When you stay with us you are allowed your RV and one car/truck in your site. Anything more will have to be parked in our extra parking by the office. Extra vehicles, trailers, boats, ect have to be parked in extra parking by the office even if you think it could fit in your site. These extras congest the space our guests are staying in and can make it hard for others to get around in their RVs. When you stay in our park we allow you to park your extra vehicles in our parking area for free ONLY for nights you are staying in the park.
If you are checking out and need somewhere to leave your RV for a few more hours before you leave, come talk to the receptionist. They will make it possible to leave your vehicle there until 5pm that day. If you vehicle is left in our parking till after 5pm we will charge you our overnight parking rate.
We also can provide a space for you to leave extra vehicles for multiple nights while you are not a guest with us. Again you would have to come into the office and talk to the receptionist.

Office Schedule:
June-August:                       9am-9pm
May and September:        hours vary depending on weather – freezing and thawing.
After season hours:  E-mail us to contact us.  Allow 24 hours for a response.  If you call, please leave a message and we will get back to you as quick as possible.
